Start with a conversation, then diagnose, plan, and advise.

Each step builds on the last: the Diagnostic finds the dots, the Sprint connects them, and Advisory keeps them connected.

Four steps, one plan your team can run.

Connection Point

30 minutes, on me.

Start with a short survey so I come in knowing your goals, then pick a time. We'll talk about what feels stuck and where your nearest opportunities are, and you'll leave knowing which next step fits.

Step 1 · Diagnose

Customer & Data Diagnostic

30 days

I review your data and tracking and talk with key stakeholders, and with customers when we have access. You get a findings report on what's solid and what to fix first.

Step 2 · Plan

Roadmap Sprint

60–90 days

Building on the findings, we set priorities and put the scaffolding in place: weekly and monthly actions, campaign guidance, and reporting routines your team can run.

Step 3 · Advise

Advisory Retainer

3, 6, or 12 months

Ongoing support while you put the roadmap to work. I lead the strategy and stay hands-on where it counts. Your team and partners own the day-to-day.

Steps 1 and 2, side by side

A report first, then the plan.

What we look at

Diagnostic

Your site, analytics, SEO basics, CRM or email flows, and up to 6 marketing channels such as Google, Meta, YouTube, or Bing

Roadmap Sprint

How customers find, compare, and choose you, plus market, audience, and channel research

Who we talk to

Diagnostic

Up to 5 stakeholder conversations, plus a short survey or a few calls with customers when we have access

Roadmap Sprint

Stakeholders across the team, and current, former, and prospective customers

What you get

Diagnostic

A findings report: what's working, what to fix first, and prioritized recommendations, walked through on a review call

Roadmap Sprint

A growth plan and the scaffolding to run it: priorities, weekly and monthly actions, campaign guidance, and reporting routines

Ready to keep going? The Diagnostic can roll straight into a Roadmap Sprint as its first month, so the findings become the starting point for the plan.

Step 1 · Week by week

How the 30-day Diagnostic runs.

Week 1

Kickoff and intake

  • Intake survey on your goals and concerns
  • Calls with key stakeholders on priorities and blockers
  • Access set up and focus areas agreed
  • Customer survey and first call questions drafted with you

Week 2

Data and landscape

  • Analytics, CRM, and ad channel review
  • Customer data, past research, reviews, and feedback
  • How you're found online, using SEMrush and similar tools
  • Customer survey goes out

Week 3

Customer signals

  • Customer calls, through your intros
  • Survey results and call notes pulled together with the data

Week 4

Findings

  • Findings report: what's working, what to fix first, and prioritized recommendations
  • Review call with you and your team

Step 3 · Advisory Retainer

Two ways to work together.

3, 6, or 12 months of support while you put the roadmap to work.

DIY Accountability Advisory

For teams doing the work in-house. We meet regularly, and I help you set priorities, work through problems, and give feedback on progress and decisions. I also hold you accountable to the plan.

Do-It-With-You Advisory

For teams who want a strategy partner in the room while they implement. We plan and make decisions together, turn the roadmap into day-to-day work, sort out internal resourcing, and find and vet contractors, vendors, or agencies. I review progress and priorities with you as we go.

Where I fit

My best value is helping your team and partners do the work well. When it's the fastest way forward, I'll roll up my sleeves: building the tracking plan, drafting the messaging, setting up the dashboard. What I won't do is become your long-term execution team. I'll help you build one, or find the right partners.

Before we start

What I need from you.

Read-only access

  • Google Analytics
  • Your CRM
  • Ad accounts for each channel you run (Google, Meta, YouTube, Bing, and so on)
  • Any other customer data you already collect

People and customer materials

  • Time on the calendar with key stakeholders
  • An intro to one or more key customers
  • Past research, surveys, or customer data
  • Product reviews (G2 or similar), testimonials, and customer complaints

Send these in week one and I can get moving right away. If something isn't available, we adjust and lean harder on what is.

How I work

Clarity first, then follow-through.

Plain English, always.

I skip frameworks for their own sake and any jargon you'd have to translate for your CFO. The audit reads like a memo from a smart friend.

Coaching baked in.

Every audit, strategy doc, and plan comes with the why and the how, so your team can run it after I'm gone.

A clear plan, then follow-through.

Some teams want a diagnosis and a roadmap handed back. Others want me alongside them while they build. Either way I stay in the advisor's seat, and you come out more confident in what you're doing and why.

The "good measure" pass.

Before anything closes out, I check it one more time, with every t crossed and every foundation pressure-tested. You should finish confident in the work, without wondering what got missed.

Proof · Citizens

$25M

Estimated loan opportunity nobody was marketing

Our product team spotted the overlap between scholarship entrants and existing loan customers. I built that finding into our student marketing strategy, and the next campaign year we grew freshman audience capture by 20%.

2x

Customer student loan volume, year over year

I built the strategy to grow student loan volume with existing Citizens customers.

"At both Citizens and Jenius, [Sarah] was able to come in to a place of chaos and bring structure and simplicity to help the team to navigate forward."
